11/02/2016 My experience with Search One was I best I could have ever asked for. bill@searchonejobs.com is a recruiter who works with expertise as well as kindness. He was attentive and caring in his approach. He found a position that fit my experience and personality and provided support throughout the entire process. He worked with me to problem solve well, to think through the process clearly and was kind enough to follow up to be sure things were moving along as well. He helped me to have confidence during the process. It felt to me as if a friend was helping me. I have worked with many recruiters over the years. I have not ever been given the personal attention and expertise that Bill gave me. I even shared with ny family what an outstanding recruiter he was! 07/18/2016 Working with Bill has been a wonderful experience. He is very receptive to our needs and the timelines we must work with. Excellent communication and timeliness even when I was not able to get back to him as quickly as I would have liked, he never stopped till our needs were met.

07/13/2016 Having had the opportunity to work with Search One and Bill Pedrey on numerous occasions over the past 22 years I can say without question that they go the extra mile to make things happen. Promptness is essential for me in working with any business entity and that is a "huge plus" for Search One. Bill has been known to work the hours of both the west & east coasts daily. Their payment division is exceptional, checks are mailed out immediately upon receipt, when they say the check is in the mail, you can rest assured "it's in the mail". I would not hesitate to recommend Search One to anyone who is serious about finding their next career opportunity, for any other Recruiter looking to partner in anyway, or any agency looking for a full service Recruiter to find the best professionals for their business.
